Chris Grant, from Portree, is enjoying his New Deal opportunity, and the luxurious Skeabost Country House Hotel.
He is learning new skills within the kitchen, and is looking forward to expanding his learning into the front of house too, reception and bar area.
Chris has impressed the Skeabost Hotel staff with is willingness to learn and in having a flexible attitude to work. Chris will be engaging with his learning at Portree Learning Centre, by gaining a Food Hygiene Certificate which will be an asset in looking for work in this area.
