Please note, if you are wishing to complete a Recruitment Application form in order to apply for a position with SWRC, these can be found in our Recruitment section. A Course Application Form should be completed by hand and is available by clicking the links on this page (form will open in a new window), or if you prefer it is also available from your local Learning Centre or by contacting Admissions using the details below. If you need any help in completing it, get in touch with your Learning Centre or contact Admissions. You will only need to use an Application Form for these FULL TIME courses: (For all other courses contact your nearest Learning Centre).
