This course will run several times throughout the year subject to demand - contact your nearest college learning centre: Auchtertyre Learning Centre (Call Sandra or Elaine on 01599 566775), ProgressionOn completion of the Elementary Food Hygiene you could progress onto the Intermediate Food Hygiene or to REHIS Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points for Caterers. Cost£75. This includes a handbook, the examination and certification from REHIS. This is an ILA Scotland approved course.
