Course Description

This course is designed to look at all the areas in which you need to be well-prepared for a career in retail. It will improve your confidence and build your skills - giving you new techniques to enhance your employability in the retail sector. The course will cover the following subjects:

• Visual Merchandising
• Security in the Retail Environment
• Serving Customers in the Retail Environment
• Product Range Planning
• Marketing
• Legislation for Retail Environment
• Monitoring Retail Operations

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. However, its likely that you will be considering a career, or already employed in the retail sector.

Qualifications

On successful completion of the course you will gain a City & Guilds Certificate.
