Course Description

This course introduces learners to the basics of web creation using HTML.

Topics covered include: HTML Rules; Formatting; Page Layout; Images; Text Hyperlinks; Anchors; Image Maps and Hyperlinks; Tables; Frames; Forms; Multimedia and Applets.

Entry Requirements

You should be familiar with Windows, have good keyboarding skills and experience of web browsing.

Qualifications

Perth College Certificate.

Attendance

This course is a distance learning course with tutor support.  It is expected that this course is the equivalent to 40 hours of learning and will take up to a maximum of 6 months to complete.

Self study at your local SWRC learning centre is supported and encouraged.
