Course Description

You might be wondering if there is a simpler way of recording all that information on your PC?  Perhaps all your staff are just fine using a computer, but then there are certain things they realy would like to know how to do?  Maybe, you have just purchased more kit and the latest software release is completely different?

We offer bespoke one to one IT training.  This is a targeted training solution which can help you:

• Troubleshoot problems
• Manage effective use of IT
• Speed up work flow
• Teach the shortcuts
• Focus on task outcomes

Word processing, Internet and online communication systems, database, spreadsheets, presentation software, file management and HTML covered.

To find out what exactly is the right thing for you, we offer a free, no obligation, IT skills check first. We will then make recommendations. Be warned, we may suggest one of our qualification courses, if this is a more effective way to gain the skills. 

Qualifications

This is not a national qualification option, however if a CPD certificate is required for staff, we will produce this on request.

Cost

£85 for the first two hours of training. This includes a free, no obligation, IT skills check. It also includes the initial investigatory work carried out by one of our trainers. Thereafter the cost is £35 per hour. Travel is not included in this cost. A charge would be agreed prior to training.
