Funding For Your Course

Worried about finding the money to pay for your course? Our course costs are kept low and fee waivers may also apply. Many of our courses are ILA Scotland approved.

ILA Scotland Explained

ILA Scotland is a Scottish Executive scheme that can help you pay for the cost of your learning.  ILA logo

If you are over 18 and living in Scotland, you may be eligible for up to £200 a year of ILA Scotland funding.  If you earn £18,000 or less a year, or you are on benefits, you can apply for a £200 individual learning account to put towards a wide range of approved courses.

Although standard full-time courses in universities and colleges are not eligible for ILA Scotland funding, you’ll find that there are a wide range of part-time courses to choose from.

  • Learn new skills
  • Develop new interests
  • Exercise your mind
  • Open your career path

To find out more, call the ILA Scotland helpline free on 0808 100 1090 or visit www.ilascotland.org.uk

Enjoy your Learning!

The money is not a loan, so you don’t have to pay it back. You just need to contribute at least £10 for each course that you take using your ILA Scotland account.
